Kuwait

Consulting, feasibility studies, training and business development

Kuwait is one of the longest stations of regional experience in my career. My professional connection with it began in 2014 and developed over more than a decade to include management and marketing consulting, feasibility studies, investment-project development, education and vocational training, business development, and managing projects with a regional and international reach.

Consulting and investment-project development

A major stage of this experience began as part of the advisory team of Kuwaiti businessman Bassam Fahad Thunayan Al-Ghanim, providing consulting in marketing, management, feasibility studies and project development.

This work was not limited to the Kuwaiti market; it extended to investment and trade files linked to several international markets, including Türkiye, Germany and the United Kingdom.

These files included industrial and commercial projects, among them clothing factories in Türkiye, import and export companies, and projects linked to European markets, as well as projects inside Kuwait.

This stage marked a shift from offering separate training and consulting services to working on feasibility studies, operating models, marketing strategies and multi-sector, multi-market investment projects.

Projects and work inside Kuwait

Within the Kuwaiti market, my experience covered a number of files and projects, including consulting work linked to Dasman Al-Oula, industrial projects such as gypsum production, and initiatives with a social and development character.

These included “Bayt Al-Wa’i Al-Kuwaiti” (the Kuwaiti House of Awareness), among a group of projects and initiatives linked to consulting, development and planning services.

This stage also built practical experience in studying projects from several angles: the market, operations, management, marketing, financial feasibility and potential expansion.

Conferences and Kuwaiti professional relations

The Kuwaiti experience was also linked to taking part in professional and legal activities and events with an international character.

The most notable was helping organise an international arbitration conference in Cairo with the participation of Kuwaiti figures and leaders, which widened my professional network in Kuwait and in business, arbitration and investment.

Education and vocational training

In 2018 the Kuwaiti experience entered a further stage when I became a partner in British Group for Educational Services, developing and delivering training and professional programmes, hosting international experts, and providing consulting and feasibility studies related to education and training.

The focus at this stage was on developing programmes that respond to the needs of individuals, institutions and the job market, combining management, professional skills, employability and institutional development.

Regional training projects

Between 2014 and 2020, Kuwait was also linked to regional training projects that extended to Egypt, Bahrain and Cyprus.

The work involved developing vocational and professional programmes for individuals and the private sector, with a focus on management, job skills and job-market readiness, as well as operations, marketing, digital learning, curriculum development and educational consulting.

This stage also saw the “Future Makers” programme for school students in Kuwait, which offered educational and skills content to young people and students during seasonal activities and programmes.

Founding Heaven International

At the start of 2019, the consulting track took a further step with the founding of Heaven International for Project Management & Consulting, to expand work in project management, consulting, feasibility studies and the development of investment opportunities.

Through this stage, I took part in preparing and developing feasibility studies and technical consulting for national and development projects, and in studying projects that could fit development-finance models and programmes, including projects assessed for alignment with the requirements of the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development.

Technology, AI and modern training

In recent years, my work in Kuwait has extended to developing training concepts and programmes linked to technology, artificial intelligence and vocational education.

I have designed training and professional programmes, coordinated trainers, and developed pricing models, content and digital training delivery mechanisms.

This direction is a natural extension of my earlier experience in education and training, now moving into areas more closely linked to digital transformation, AI and modern training models.

Kuwait as a platform for consulting and regional expansion

The Kuwaiti experience differs from many other markets in that it was not tied to a single project or a short period, but has extended since 2014 through several stages covering investment, consulting, education, project management, feasibility studies and international trade relations.

From Kuwait, some work files extended to Türkiye, Germany, the United Kingdom, Bahrain, Cyprus and other Arab markets, making it one of the stations that built my practical experience in cross-border projects.

In my career, Kuwait therefore represents an experience that brings together management and marketing consulting, business development, feasibility studies, investment projects, education and vocational training, project management, and the move towards technology and AI programmes.
