Training, consulting and professional programme development

Lebanon is one of the recent regional stations in my career. The work there has focused on professional and training consulting, programme development, preparing implementation and marketing plans, and supporting educational and training institutions in developing their services and programmes.

My activity in Lebanon began in 2025, within a broader regional consulting framework that has covered Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Lebanon since 2024.

Professional and training consulting

A core part of the Lebanese experience has been consulting for training and academic institutions to develop professional programmes more closely linked to the needs of learners and the job market.

The work has included:

  • Developing specialised training programmes
  • Preparing implementation concepts for programmes
  • Developing training kits and content
  • Preparing operating and marketing plans
  • Helping improve the delivery models of educational and training services
  • This track extends my experience in vocational education, corporate training and programme development across several Arab markets

Working with academic and training institutions

I have worked with an international academy for leadership training and with the University of Tripoli, and provided consulting to a number of academies and companies.

This work focused on helping develop professional and training programmes, studying ways to improve their delivery and marketing, and building clearer, more sustainable implementation models.

Developing programmes and training kits

One of the most important areas of work in Lebanon has been designing and developing training programmes and kits.

This involves turning a training idea into a complete programme, including:

  • Defining learning objectives
  • Building the content and themes
  • Identifying the target group
  • Designing how the programme is delivered
  • Developing training materials
  • Setting implementation and follow-up mechanisms
  • Preparing a marketing concept to reach beneficiaries
  • This reflects experience that goes beyond delivering training to designing the training product itself and building a model that can be applied and scaled

Marketing and developing educational services

The Lebanese experience also included work on marketing plans for training programmes and educational institutions.

This focused on studying how to present programmes more clearly in the market, defining target segments, formulating training offers, and improving communication with learners, institutions and potential partners.

The value of this experience lies in combining training content, operations and marketing within a single vision, rather than treating each element separately.

Training and artificial intelligence

My executive CV places Lebanon within a regional consulting framework that also covered Saudi Arabia and Kuwait, with activity linked to project development and training in new fields, including artificial intelligence.

From this starting point, the work extends to offering concepts on how to integrate AI tools and technologies into training, education and content development, helping training institutions update their programmes and keep pace with digital change.

Developing implementation models

An important aspect of the Lebanese experience is the focus on how to turn a programme or idea into a real operating model.

This includes:

  • Defining implementation phases
  • Assigning roles and responsibilities
  • Choosing suitable trainers or experts
  • Developing training delivery mechanisms
  • Setting pricing and marketing concepts
  • Monitoring quality and the beneficiary experience
  • This kind of work reflects experience in managing and developing training projects, not just delivering lectures or courses

Lebanon in my regional consulting network

The Lebanese experience is part of a wider network of consulting and cooperation with educational and training institutions in the Arab region.

The value of this stage lies in the ability to combine content development, programme building, consulting, operations and marketing to help institutions develop their services and widen their reach to new markets and beneficiaries.

The Lebanese experience thus reflects a specialised side of my career in educational consulting, professional programme development, training-kit design, marketing plans and operating models, with a growing focus on integrating technology and AI into education and training.
