Jordan

Institutional partnerships, training and digital education

Jordan is one of the recent stations in my regional career. Since 2026 my work there has focused on building institutional partnerships, developing agreements, planning educational and professional programmes, and linking training and education institutions with practical operating models that can be delivered.

Cooperation with Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global

The Jordanian experience is linked to cooperation with Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global, within cooperation files and institutional partnerships with IGate.

My role included helping coordinate between the parties, following the development of institutional relations, taking part in preparing and drafting cooperation agreements, and setting out initial concepts for turning these agreements into practical programmes and projects.

This kind of work is an important part of my professional experience, because it is not limited to signing agreements but focuses on turning institutional cooperation into clear operating plans and implementation pathways.

Developing agreements and operating plans

Responsibilities included drafting agreements, preparing work plans, developing implementation concepts and defining the operational pathways of the proposed projects.

This involves studying the needs of each party, identifying which programmes or services can be offered, distributing roles between partners, and developing a plan that helps move from institutional understanding to implementation.

This experience reflects expertise in institutional partnerships and programme development, especially in projects that bring together education, training and technology.

Education and vocational training

An important part of the proposals in Jordan focused on developing education, vocational training and qualification programmes that improve skills and link educational programmes to the needs of the job market.

The concepts included programmes that can be developed in:

  • Vocational and professional training
  • Job-skills development
  • Job-market qualification programmes
  • Digital education
  • Technical skills development
  • Training models that can scale regionally

These tracks are consistent with my earlier experience in developing professional programmes, digital education, running training platforms, and building partnerships between educational and training institutions.

Languages, testing and educational solutions

The cooperation files also included proposals for language programmes, testing and digital educational solutions.

This direction aims to develop a more integrated educational system that combines professional skills, languages, testing and digital technologies, so that services can be offered to individuals and institutions within clear qualification and development pathways.

Digital transformation and new technologies

One of the tracks discussed in the Jordanian cooperation was using technology and digital transformation to develop education and training.

The future vision included studying the use of virtual reality and the metaverse in education, to develop training environments, simulations and more interactive learning experiences.

This track extends my experience at MetaLife Metaverse and in VR/XR and AI in education, with the potential to transfer this expertise into educational and professional models linked to the Jordanian market.

From agreements to implementation

The Jordanian experience is notable for its strong focus on managing institutional relationships and partnerships.

The core value lies not only in cooperation between different parties, but in the ability to build a model that turns agreements into:

  • Educational and professional programmes
  • Operating plans
  • Implementation pathways
  • Training and qualification programmes
  • Digital and technology services
  • Cross-border cooperation opportunities between institutions

This reflects experience in institutional development and managing international partnerships, especially between institutions from Morocco, Jordan and other Arab markets.

Jordan as a station for regional educational partnerships

Jordan is an important stage in the recent regional expansion of my career, especially in educational partnerships, vocational training, digital education and institutional development.

This experience differs from some other countries: it is not based on founding a local company or a single project, but relies more on institutional coordination, developing agreements, designing programmes and building cooperation models that can be delivered and scaled.

The Jordanian experience thus extends my broader track of connecting Arab educational and training institutions, and developing joint projects that combine education, training, technology, digital transformation and international partnerships.
